• Your clients will be able to pay you directly from their cell phone. No website to log into and no app they have to download to pay you.
• The payments received are automatically entered into your Bailbooks account as soon as the credit card is approved.
• Bailbooks will automatically email the payee a receipt for any payment made through the PayBy Text system.
• Your clients (Defendants and Indemnitors) will each receive a PayBy Text alert one day before a payment is due on all payment plans. We also send out a PayBy Text to those clients who are past due each week.
